We’re a boutique boot maker. Not a big box store. Which means we take our boots and our service pretty seriously. If you ever have a problem with your Heritage boots, give us a call and we’ll solve it. It’s as easy as that.

RETURN POLICY:

1. All returns must be within 21 days of purchase
2. Boots must be returned in their original packaging
3. Boots must be unworn, no marks or scrapes on the soles (Please wear boots on carpet while trying on)
4. Customers pay return shipping. We do not accept C.O.D.
