Customer service was great and their sizing analysis was spot on. We texted back and fourth on models that were in and out of stock. The team sent photos of what was in store as needed. After many texts I picked my boots and waited for them to arrive. Couldn't be happier. I'll be a returning customer. Boots look like the ones on the website, however, lighting in my photos are off.
These boots are just sexy. There's no better way to put it. The photos don't give justice to just how shapely the vamp is. The french toe is shaped just perfectly and the vamp flows into a slim waist without sacrificing a good fit or comfort. There is a sleekness to these boots that you don't usually find outside of custom/bespoke boots. It's a good thing that you can't just order from the website - you really need to visit the shop to see how these fit. I usually wear an 11D in off-the-shelf boots, but the best fit for me was a 10.5D here. The boot mavens were really helpful in finding a style and size that fit me. They were knowledgeable about boots and their boots in particular and were never pushy. I enjoyed the visit.
Absolutely amazing boots, better than any other high end boot I own. Listen to the boot experts when ordering, the size is perfect & Crystal was a pleasure to work with. Happy to have these as a part of the family.
These are so gorgeous. I have been lusting after them for years and when they finally arrived in my size, my partner ordered them for me as a gift. I love love love them. Beautiful craftsmanship and comfortable as all my Heritage Boots are.

Love the Chocolate brown rough out, nice casual look. First day wearing them and absolutely no issues with the comfort. I can’t get over how roomy the snip toe box is with either pair.
