Amarillo Slim

Like its namesake, the legendary poker player Amarillo Slim, this boot is a sly, lean and colorful character. The relatively simple black vamp is deceptive at first glance - but the pointed toe and red piping peeking out from under your jeans belie an elaborately decorative brown stovepipe shaft. Variegated stitching scrolling up the front and back plays background here to the criss crossed white inlays stretching down the sides. Cheeky red and white boot pulls are the ace in the hole in this design, pulling everything together for a remarkable finish.

Comfy for wide feet - "handmade" win!

I dropped in the store expecting to be disappointed with availability for wide feet. I normally wear an 11 4E in Thorogood work boots. NOTHING in manmade cowboy boots fit my feet... and most stop at 2E width anyway.

Kimber was very helpful. She smiled in response to my doubts about finding a boot that fit wide feet.

I slipped into the first pair of size 11s she proffered - Sagebrush French toe - and felt "SOLD!" flash through my brain. I tried a few others just to experience variations but knew the Sagebrush was the perfect choice. I wasn't even planning on buying boots that day but I immediately knew I could not leave without them.

Saving my pennies for a pair of Heritage black boots!

Boots like velvet gloves

I like this pair of boots so much. They fit like velvet gloves and they are smooth like this.

Great pair of boots

Tried for years to get a pair of boots that fit without any luck. First try from half a continent away with these and they fit great. Great construction as well. Always get compliments on them.

Excellent boots

These are the most comfortable boots I have. I wear them daily and they are never short on compliments. I would highly suggest you get a pair for casual and professional occasions.

Vintage badass

I purchased these from the S. Congress store sometime back. Everytime I wear them I get complements. The construction is solid. I'm expecting about 20 years out of them. That's about $22 a year to own these. Anyway, I love the snipped toe. You don't see many boots out there like these either. Cowboy up!
