Do you make custom boots?

We do not take custom orders. We are concentrating on crafting premium made boots in small quantities. Our limited production of boots are fully handmade, bespoke-styled boots in small runs, meaning, that our boots have a average of 60 lemonwood pegs, hand-carved heel counters and toe boxes, as you would find on the finest custom boots. We have over 2,000 pair in our shop and would be happy to speak with you further regarding style, fit, and detailing.

What do you charge to ship boots?

We charge $30 to ship via UPS one pair of boots to the lower 48 contiguous states and starting at $90 to Alaska or Hawaii. Two pair shipped together to the same address (to the lower states) would cost $55. Also, no tax for out of Texas state shipments! Very important – sometimes there are restrictions state-by-state on exotic skins. Call us for rates on expedited shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to almost any country. We ship USPS and can track the boots to our border. However, after that the customer would check with their own country to track. We have shipped to almost every country in Europe and other countries, like Australia and Japan. International shipping starts at $90 per pair. We cannot, however, ship exotic skins internationally. Any customs/duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, you can! Once we speak with you and discuss sizing, we are pretty good at getting you the right fit. Just call us and you can have your boots within a few days. Our regular shipping method is UPS within the States. You can also order via email.

Why can't I purchase online?

Fit is everything with a western boot and we need to talk to you to determine the best size. If you have never worn a western boot we need to discuss with you what to expect. We just want you to be happy with your boots and this is the best way we know how.

Hand Tooled Baguette

I purchased this baguette 14+ years ago when visiting Austin for work. I am still using the original however I wanted to ensure I would never be without the baguette. It is beautiful, durable and I always get complimented on how stunning my bag is. Thanks so much for your excellent craftsmanship.

Superb Fit for Difficult Feet

One look at these and you can see the quality. The stitching through out the boots is impeccable. The fit is amazing even with my problem right foot. The new soles are rock solid on the smoothest surfaces...HOW DID THEY DO THAT? I made several trips into Heritage before before zeroing in on the smooth ostrich FT. Each time I was greeted and helped like a return customer by different mavens. I love my new boots! Thank you Jerimiah Craig for pointing me in the direction of HBC.

The inlay design on the vamp is a cool feature of the boot. The orangish brown color of the boot is much more unique then the standard brown and really stands out with jeans. The leather is soft and really conforms to your foot. It’s a quality build with a sleek design that has the distinctive Heritage snip toe. The contrasting dark brown top with six rows of stitching that culminates into a “Star” pattern. A definite show stopper for anyone wants a boot that stands out.

First pair was so great I had to get the other pair I wanted.

I went in to the store to check out their boots. I was impressed, therefore I picked up the black sharkskin. I was so happy, I had to go back and get these beauties too. Heritage Boots cares about their customers so much, they easily complied with my request to have a custom belt made in polished brown alligator. 100% percent class act (the staff and the product)!
