Do you make custom boots?

We do not take custom orders. We are concentrating on crafting premium made boots in small quantities. Our limited production of boots are fully handmade, bespoke-styled boots in small runs, meaning, that our boots have a average of 60 lemonwood pegs, hand-carved heel counters and toe boxes, as you would find on the finest custom boots. We have over 2,000 pair in our shop and would be happy to speak with you further regarding style, fit, and detailing.

What do you charge to ship boots?

We charge $30 to ship via UPS one pair of boots to the lower 48 contiguous states and starting at $90 to Alaska or Hawaii. Two pair shipped together to the same address (to the lower states) would cost $55. Also, no tax for out of Texas state shipments! Very important – sometimes there are restrictions state-by-state on exotic skins. Call us for rates on expedited shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to almost any country. We ship USPS and can track the boots to our border. However, after that the customer would check with their own country to track. We have shipped to almost every country in Europe and other countries, like Australia and Japan. International shipping starts at $90 per pair. We cannot, however, ship exotic skins internationally. Any customs/duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, you can! Once we speak with you and discuss sizing, we are pretty good at getting you the right fit. Just call us and you can have your boots within a few days. Our regular shipping method is UPS within the States. You can also order via email.

Why can't I purchase online?

Fit is everything with a western boot and we need to talk to you to determine the best size. If you have never worn a western boot we need to discuss with you what to expect. We just want you to be happy with your boots and this is the best way we know how.

New favorite boot

My sixth pair of Heritage boots was worth the 9 month wait. Visually distinctive, they attract comments every time I wear them. They’re extremely comfortable, exceptionally well made and the perfect addition to the closet already full of black, brown and grey boots. #LoveMyHeritageBoots

Or 5 out of 5 in this case. You just can't understand how good they are until you have them on your feet. Excellent quality materials and finish, so good in fact it seems a shame to wear them for fear of scuffing them up. They feel really light and comfortable and fit perfectly. Man that's a good pair of boots. From time to time you get lucky and feel like you got more than you paid for and that is exactly how I feel about these boots. I'll break them in and update my review. - Cole, 11/18/2022.

Next-level black boot

I’m a Heritage Boot fanatic. As always, these have a great profile and are super comfortable. The roses just take them to the next level. I get compliments every time I wear them!

Anything-but-basic black boots

I got these beauties on a recent trip to Austin and they find their way on to my feet an awful lot. They are a beautiful solid black and sharpen up everything from long flowy dresses to mini skirts to jeans. The stitching is completely amazing and beautiful—subtle and eye popping at the same time.
