Do you make custom boots?

We do not take custom orders. We are concentrating on crafting premium made boots in small quantities. Our limited production of boots are fully handmade, bespoke-styled boots in small runs, meaning, that our boots have a average of 60 lemonwood pegs, hand-carved heel counters and toe boxes, as you would find on the finest custom boots. We have over 2,000 pair in our shop and would be happy to speak with you further regarding style, fit, and detailing.

What do you charge to ship boots?

We charge $30 to ship via UPS one pair of boots to the lower 48 contiguous states and $90 to Alaska or Hawaii. Two pair shipped together to the same address (to the lower states) would cost $55. Also, no tax for out of Texas state shipments! Very important – sometimes there are restrictions state-by-state on exotic skins. Call us for rates on expedited shipping.

Do you ship internationally?

We ship to almost any country. We ship USPS and can track the boots to our border. However, after that the customer would check with their own country to track. We have shipped to almost every country in Europe and other countries, like Australia and Japan. International shipping is $90 per pair. We cannot, however, ship exotic skins internationally. Any customs/duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Can I order over the phone?

Yes, you can! Once we speak with you and discuss sizing, we are pretty good at getting you the right fit. Just call us and you can have your boots within a few days. Our regular shipping method is UPS within the States. You can also order via email.

Why can't I purchase online?

Fit is everything with a western boot and we need to talk to you to determine the best size. If you have never worn a western boot we need to discuss with you what to expect. We just want you to be happy with your boots and this is the best way we know how.

I am an avid collector of Heritage boots. Each pair I own has a special meaning to me. THESE however, are by far my favorite boots to date! I myself am a Scorpio and I have always loved snakes. Not to mention that my favorite colors are red, white and black. I have been eyeing these boots for years and I finally pulled the trigger. No lie, I almost teared up a bit when I saw them in person. They are GORGEOUS! There are NO other boots on the market that can even come close to the superb quality and attention to detail that HBC puts into each and every pair they make. Not to mention that Alie and Kimber are my cowgirl "soul sisters". Thanks again ladies! xoxo

Sweet boots!

First pair of boots I've ever owned and they are fantastic! Fit and look great! Everything I imagined my first pair of boots would be. The name is cool as well. I feel like the Walkin' Dude in these things! Thank you Heritage Boots!

Best Shark boots I ever had

Wow these are so comfortable and every time I wear some one commits how nice they are. Nothing fits and feels like heritage boots

Heritage Peewees are the best Peewees

Got these as part of a twofer (I got my wife some red Jesse Daytons). I hadn't owned a true roughout (I had "suede" Acme boots in the 80s), so this is a new style for me. With the dark blue tops and contrasting stitching, along with the Heritage shape, fit (predictable and perfect) and finish, this is another home run.

underpriced (what a deal!!)

From anyone else these would cost twice as much! The workmanship is second to none, and I see new details every time I wear them. Looks like a million bucks, at a price mere mortals can afford. They were instantly comfortable, so that should only improve with age. I don't think I ever need to look elsewhere for new boots!
