We’re a small boutique bootmaker, not a big box store or boot barn.  When you call on the phone, we are very good at determining the correct size for you.  But if, after you receive them, you need a different size, style or color, we will do our best to accommodate you.  We do not make deep quantities in any style/size but we will do our darnedest to make sure you get a replacement boot that you love.

If you have any issues when you receive your boots, call us immediately and we can address it. We guarantee the quality of our boots. Having said that, these boots are meant to last but they should be cared for properly (please see our boot care section) and we cannot guarantee your boots if you mistreat them. All returns must made within 10 days of receiving them after purchase for exchange or store credit.  After approval, boots must be returned in their original boot box, unworn, with no marks or scrapes on the soles (please wear boots on carpet while trying them on).  Once you ship them back, we can discuss your replacement boots and ship them out to you ASAP.  We pay to ship a new pair to you.  We, at Heritage Boot, just want you to be over the moon with your boots.
