Exchange Policy

At Heritage Boot, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our boots. Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are considered final with flexibility of exchanges for proper size, style, or never expiring store credit. In rare cases where a refund exception is approved, the following terms apply:

• Approved refunds for unworn merchandise are subject to a $100 restocking fee.
• Items with any alterations, customization, stretching, sole work, or modifications may be subject to a restocking fee up to $450, depending on the extent of the work completed.
• Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
• Return shipping on approved returns are at the customer's expense.
• Restocking fees help offset processing costs, credit card fees, and labor associated with returned merchandise.

Exchanges:

We are happy to assist with exchanges when possible.

• For exchanges into the same style (such as a different size), we will cover shipping one way.
• If exchanging for a different style or design due to preference or change of mind, the customer is responsible for shipping costs both ways.

All exchange and refund requests must be approved by management and items must be returned in unworn condition unless otherwise authorized.
